  • The client has complied with the agreed terms of service and has provided reasonable cooperation for project delivery.

To initiate a refund request:

6. Fees and Costs

  • Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as paid advertising spend, software subscriptions, or licensing fees) are non-refundable.
  • PixelPulse Media does not charge additional administrative or processing fees for refunds.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a fair process, clients are expected to:

  • Communicate concerns promptly so that we can attempt to resolve them before requesting a refund.

  • Not misuse the refund policy for services that have been substantially delivered.
